Marco Rescigno
Expert in financial statements and corporate organisation, he has extensive experience in corporate audits, extraordinary operations and company reorganisation operations carried out also in the context of bankruptcy proceedings. He is a consultant in civil and criminal proceedings against corporate governance and control bodies.
He is registered in the Association of court-appointed technical experts at the Court of Bergamo.
He has held and continues to hold positions of auditor, statutory auditor, liquidator, bankruptcy liquidator, member of the supervisory body pursuant to Leg. Decree no. 231/2001 in various companies and board member of companies supervised by the Bank of Italy.
He is a member of the “Corporate Control Committee” of ODCEC of Milan, Chairman of the “Committee of Auditing, and Financial Statements” of the ODCEC of Bergamo, as well as member and auditor of “NedCommunity.”
He participates as a speaker and lecturer in various conferences, seminars and training courses organised by professional associations on themes relating to corporate auditing and financial statements. He is author of publications on financial statements, IAS/IFRS international accounting standards, national accounting standards, and corporate controls.
